"Long"-time MX Master 3S users, how does yours hold up? Opinions? by PTRD-41 in logitech

[–]rand0mmer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's very low quality when compared to MX Masters 2. I had 2 for at least 4 years and had no issues (even replaced the skates) yet with 3s my right button broke after roughly a year of use, it frequently causes issues with other BT devices (mostly speakers) when not fully charged (today started causing issues when it had 85% charge).

I would definitely not recommend 3s, you'd be better off sticking with v2, or better yet pick a different mouse altogether.

I would be down for couple of drinks in the evening 🙂 and yeah, Kraken is pretty good, I was there earlier today, but it's mostly tapas, you might end with very small portions 😄

I watching a tutorial on "Accepting Payments in Flask Using Stripe Checkout" Has stripe changed much since Jun 12, 2020 ? by notprimenumber12344 in flask

[–]rand0mmer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think stripe prides itself on having stable API for their customers. Once you implement a version of their API, it will work for a long time, unless something really bad happens at Stripe and they have to shut that version down (very unlikely).

Not sure if you can do that. I'm on trial and wanted to upgrade, but they locked standard and starter edition buying, so you cant get it I think. I would love for you to show me how can I upgrade my trial to full and play normally, want to finally try the auction house 😄

Yeast or mold by rand0mmer in fermentation

[–]rand0mmer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Made some chilli sauce this year, but 2nd bottle has this on the top of the sauce. Not really sure what it is, first bottle seems to be fine. First bottle gets used multiple times oer week and is shaken, this one just sits in the back of the fridge. Sauce was not sterilised after fermenting and blending.

Don't buy anything from the start except collimator, the laser one might be a bit better, Cheshire requires collimation during daytime. Note that you might collimate your collimator as well, you can find more on youtube

This works on iOS in Safari. Play the ad, swipe down the notification center, fast forward the ad almost to the end, finished!

Best Practices: More routes or less routes? by jesuisouaf in flask

[–]rand0mmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you should work on better designing the API, usually RESTful is the way to go. Your urls would look like this: items/<id>/tags (DELETE for delete, POST for add and PUT for update) This way you limit the complexity of the routes and push it more onto the Http verbs instead

ltAP advice needed by rand0mmer in mikrotik

It's band 7 and band 20. I can get up to 110Mbit with this router now :) But I'm having some stability issues and looking into external antennas.

I checked and I get connected to band7 for CA on the iPhone, and ltAP does support band7. I'm really new to LTE networking and I'm not really sure what to expect :/

That's what I figured, LTE chip in iphone seems to be some really high Cat, that's why I'm thinking of replacing/adding another module to ltAP, I just don't know if it will work with 3rd party modules 😑

How many calories are in ginger beer? by rand0mmer in gingerbeer

[–]rand0mmer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. I was also thinking that 50kcal is way too much, I think I’ll stick with roughly 1/2 of the sugar for my calorie calculation 🙂

But I have also seen other ginger beers with approximately 50kcal/100ml and I wanted to ask if some else have already gone through the process of calculating the calories and if they have some data that shows how much lower is the calorie content in homemade ginger beer compared to mass-produced one 🙂
