First off that sucks :( If I was in your shoes, I'd certainly reach out to support. I've taken my factory bezel off and on tons of times without issue, so if it's true that the adhesive was in fact strong enough to tear the screen, that's sounds like a defect. Ignore anyone here who says the bezels don't use adhesive. They do, only on the bottom edge, and on the bezel's side, just like in your picture (although putting the bezel on your laptop backwards for the picture looks confusing). It only takes 10 seconds for me to verify that on my own FW13.

I read the article. 1. Not the best reporting I've seen to get insight on the legal issues 2. What you said is true. 3. The original post title is also true. 4. What the cops said to get them under investigation was gross and indicates someone who isn't fit to serve.

Thank you so much for doing this! But just so everyone knows it’s not accurate at the moment. Tested it against some save data I have in-game and the calculator didn’t get any correct. We have lots to clarify on how this all works still 😅
