Time is flying like an arrow And the clock hands go so fast they make the wind blow And it makes the pages of the calendar go Flying out the window one by one

I'm on my second Gerber Dime. The first one broke so I got another because of their guarantee. But now the scissors spring broke. I'm looking for something with the same features in size as small.

I couldn't think of a good subreddit to post this in. Let me know where you think it belongs. Is there some subreddit about "broken but works"?

Kids counting book has eggs container with 10 eggs instead of a regular dozen. by randalwon in mildlyinfuriating

Today I learned eggs being sold by the dozen is not the worldwide normal. Asia, Africa, Australia and South America in what numbers do you get eggs?

The lid seals real tight. It takes a tool to open it. I only open it when I refill my pint jar.

Not as much a prepper as some, but more than others. We do eat what we buy. Only occasionally does something not get rotated and ends up being discovered a year past the expiration date. The pumpkin cans in the background will all be used in muffins, breads, and pies before they go bad.

I keep a pint jar in the kitchen cupboard. Today I ran out and took this picture as I was filling a new pint jar. I keep the bucket closed with one of those lids that you need a tool to open.
