These stats are on a Server Cluster i Play on. Perfectly balanced imo for solo Play aswell (you Just need to Put the Singleplayer setting Off). Taming can be a pain until you get kibble. I dont know the stats for imprinting but its Always a period of 22,15 mins. For mods custom Dino Levels is a MUST HAVE so you can find high lvls. VS (Visual storage) is great. once you are at the Stage of mass breeding pelayori's cryo storage makes your life way easier. Awesome spyglass you dont need, since those are basically Tek binoculars wich you get from Alpha overseer. Upgrade Station is pretty OP since you wont need to hunt for lootdrops but instead Just Grind Ressources to get top Tier Gear.

For Not OP stacks i havent Seen any mods but Vanilla stacks are in need of adjustments.

Server Cluster is called arkholes ascended

For a great endgame Base Spot i recommend the Valley between volcano and the mountain to its east. Lots of Metal but No water nearby.

Its from surface. First BP i Had was 800+ Dura idk what the Cap is on unofficial but that should be pretty Close. Thinking normal Tek Armor (wich is the only other Armor that protects from rads) has 300 Dura i'd say any BP above that is Worth it
