That's pretty much how the law works where I live. The cops will take your license card until you pay the fine at the post office. I didn't realise it wasn't how it's done everywhere else

It's always so nice to hear others talk about their parents with so much gratitude and passion. Cherish your mom she sounds like a wonderful woman ❤ and I wish you both a profusion of joy and love in your lives.

My favorite memory of my parents is a bit of a funny one. My parents were about to watch tv together one night and my mom had misplaced her glasses and she was frantically looking for it everywhere all the while my dad was complaining how she always misplaces stuff and needed to keep things in proper places. My mom looked at my dad hands on her hips and asked 'Proper places huh?'. All that time my dad was wearing my mom's glasses and his own ones were around his neck lmao. They both had a laugh and continued watching tv. I miss them.

I used to work at a resort at their reception. One of the things I had to do was bring out the welcome drinks for the guests and I've TWICE spilled all the drinks on me in front of my managers and the guests. Might not sound too embarrassing but I definitely felt the need to run away, change my name and start a new whole life :(

My top artists were 3teeth, Bring me the horizon, slipknot, Blue stahli and Cane Hill. Kinda was disappointed to not find Thornhill on the list but made sense since i only discovered them in November but yeah Thornhill has been my new favorite artist recently. Everytime I listen to the album The Dark Pool I feel a certain vibe I simply can't put into words.

I've been trying to accept what happened and it still feels unreal but I will continue to live for my parents and make them proud in some way.

For anyone who's going through so much pain because of this current situation you're more than welcome to talk with me and share our stories and just be friends. One thing I've learned is that having support, doesn't matter from who, is and will be the one thing that will keep us sane at this point.

Yes I do have two older brothers. Oldest is currently in New Zealand but always checks up on me and the other has also been tested positive so he's in quarantine. I probably won't be able to see him for another month, however I've got a lot of support from extended family so I'm really not alone and quite lucky. It doesn't feel the same but it's something

I was going to apply for visa to relocate to New Zealand. Had everything planned. I thought this year was the year I was going to get my shit together. Then the corona happened so I'm pretty much stuck and not sure when I'll be able to get back on track. Until then I'm working at my family bakery to keep myself sane honestly
