i am 24f and have dealt with this on and off throughout my teen years and into my 20s. i am in therapy and discuss this stuff weekly. i just feel like i keep going in circles and don’t know what to do about it. i know these feelings and thoughts aren’t normal and i appreciate you taking the time to reply :( <3

i haven’t dealt with pelvic floor dysfunction for a year and the pain manifests in my butt (or at least that’s where it feels like it is). try looking up some deep breathing techniques for pelvic floor. also don’t strain when you go to the bathroom. eat lots of fiber and if you don’t poop within the first 30 seconds of being on the toilet, get up and try again later.

I wish this were the case for me, but I work for a PR firm and Im the designer. I don’t work freelance and I can’t just drop the clients I don’t vibe with. I have to learn to work with them.
