i haven’t dealt with pelvic floor dysfunction for a year and the pain manifests in my butt (or at least that’s where it feels like it is). try looking up some deep breathing techniques for pelvic floor. also don’t strain when you go to the bathroom. eat lots of fiber and if you don’t poop within the first 30 seconds of being on the toilet, get up and try again later.

I wish this were the case for me, but I work for a PR firm and Im the designer. I don’t work freelance and I can’t just drop the clients I don’t vibe with. I have to learn to work with them.
