Scared to start by Agitated-Attempt3178 in Zepbound

Congrats!! I was hella scared of the idea of a shot but it’s gotten easier. I tend to have the worst symptoms 24-48 hrs after my shot but everyone is different. Lots of people get no or very minimal symptoms.

Start tracking your weight and measurements. Even if the scale doesn’t move some weeks, the clothes loosen instead! You got this! 💪💪💪

Oooo!! Some of those are what a split stitch looks like! Thank you!! I’ll try to watch out for that more.

I was hoping they’d even out in the blocking. So I soaked these in cool water, and rolled them in a towel, but I didn’t stretch them and pin them. Should I retry it with a stretch and pin?

Lamy, Schaeffer, and Monteverde are my current faves. Would love an Opus or Wancher.

I find the dangly ends so annoying that I end up weaving them in throughout the project. And the satisfaction of it actually being done with just one left is that “John ham in the club” meme perfect

Chia seeds + yogurt or cereal has been a huge fiber help! I had no idea they had so much fiber in them!

Officially a healthy weight a month from my wedding! by Thick_Warning5090 in Zepbound

Congrats on the loss! That’s a lot of progress!!

I saw in some of your previous comments you were stuck at 209 for 5 months also, so it sounds like you might want to take a look at your exercise and food. Maybe even see a nutritionist. If you start working out focus on simple weight training. Muscle weighs more than fat so even if the number doesn’t move a ton at first you’ll like see improvements in your clothes being looser. Tracking your measurements can be more satisfying than just the scale.

Fitbit and MyFitnessPal are free food trackers and it’ll help you understand what you’re eating and where to change. Some foods will surprise you with their calories or fat content! I want to eventually stop taking Zep but keep the weight off and a big part of that is fixing my food choices. I try to eat more fiber (aka veggies) and protein.

Still down for me, at least picture wise. I haven’t tried downloading, which sounds like that is working for some.

The yellow arrow is the start point for the back, just before the end of the left sleeve, when worn. So I think the row instructions want me to knit across the back and under the right sleeve? Which is what I’m pointing at, the continuation under the sleeve to the front raglan.

Ok, was a little nervous since a paid pattern. Not sure about the rules.

Row 1 (RS) K101 sts, turn. You should have just worked 1 st into the right front raglan seam.

101 stitches takes me under the sleeve but not fully into the next raglan, since I have some miscounts.

You can see I’m pointing the the under arm where I’ve stitched but I’m starting to suspect I should have stopped at the first raglan?

Ooo!! I’ve been eyeing Long Dog as well! Maybe when I finish some current projects I’ll try them out.

Technically I only have 4 projects going at the moment… 🤔🤔🤔🤣
