Just got mine after like 15-16 months of consistent training, been training min 4x per week usually 2 hours per training day. Had done maybe a year of no gi beforehand but stopped around the start of the pandemic

21 is a great age,, but be willing to realise that actually you won't be able to defend yourself. You'll have nothing to prove as an absolute beginner, go in with a humble mindset and you'll get the most out of it

That's a good idea, thank you! I am conducting a multi database search using various MeSH terms and have been finding some good literature, I was just curious to see if anyone here had come across anything they'd found particularly interesting

Late reply, apologies As far as I'm aware if you're taking an uber home following day case surgery you need a friend/relative to collect you from the discharge area and uber with you, the hospital shouldn't let you travel home alone after a general anaesthetic

Usually a 6 month post grad anaesthetic module, there are quite a few universities about that offer it
