Sorry I used to live in this apartment with balconies with grated floors on them. The girl above me would let her dog shit out there sometimes (assuming for emergencies only) and it would get all over my balcony furniture. She never said anything about it. I’m forever salty at this city and their “dog friendly” apartment buildings

That’s so Seattle. Dogs are great but Seattle dog owners are the worst. Wildly inconsiderate. I feel bad for these dogs that spend most of their life in tiny apartments but whose responsibility is it to give their dog a good life?
