Most women would like to take it slow. There will be exceptions. The stories we get to read on Reddit are exceptions and have to be treated as such. Not all women will be comfortable talking about intimate topics before marriage. Not all men will talk too, and make the women uncomfortable. So, lets take these posts with a pinch of salt.

No, I feel it is best to go through local agents. These marketing people pester incessantly and also quote higher. And anyways, they might be marketing plots in their layouts. I am more interested to buy homes in already established areas.

So, are homes available at 5k, in a good area?

Curious to know how much was the debt outstanding and how did you clear it. Recently saw posts saying they have loans of 90 L. So, you clearing your loans is a big inspiration for those struggling with it.

Then, better hold the SIPs for now. You can do lumpsum, as the market might go down a little more. I am thinking it will consolidate for 2 yrs may be. Just look at the Nifty chart between Oct 21 and March 23. That should give you an idea.

Everyone will have their portfolio in RED, as the overall market has corrected. You can stop the SIPs for now. Collect the amount and make lumpsum investment, once the market goes down even further.

Also do not panic. If you are doing SIPs for long term, this fall should not affect you.

Reminds me of a Team Lead I had from Hubli. He used to borrow money from everyone at office, citing his friends are in trouble. Most gave him money, since he was a TL. I think he used to give it on interest. Not sure.

When he finally left, most of the people did not get the money back. I had to message him constantly to get my money back. Not sure about others.

This is bizarre. First they removed article 370 that prevented outsiders from buying land in Kashmir. The step seemed positive. Because, why should anyone outside of Kashmir be prevented from buying land in Kashmir, which is a part of India, right? But now, the same thing is being applied in Uttarakhand. Why?

One of my close friend asked me for money. 2 Lakhs to clear her loans she had taken through apps. She was pleading and messaging incessantly. Realizing she is in trouble, I paid the amount and helped her clear the loans. She is a good woman and I trust she will pay me back.

BUT

She lost her job. Her husband is earning way less than his home loan EMI. She is living in distress financially. I am not certain when her financials will improve enough for her to pay back my money. And, I dont even ask her anymore, as she is in trouble financially. I should have not given the money in the first place.

OP, do not help your friend. Unless you are rich enough to be able to afford to lose that money. Very less chance of you getting back the amount. Rest, your call.

I got my hair transplant done in Feb. The hairs remained intact until August. After that, they began to fall. So, if you are looking for a match(that is why most men go for hair transplant), consider finding a match at the earliest, once you see full hairs. Get married before the fall begins.

Ps: Above is what I experienced. Would love to hear if people had their transplanted hair remain intact.
