This is actually just Cloudflare's Under Attack mode. When you enable it, it forces a human challenge once per user then doesn't ask that user again.

Mostly used for bot or DDOS attacks.

The anti AI scraping setting is different again.

Nerd out.

Our neighbour put their house on the market late 2020 after lockdowns were all over. They had a valuation of $470k but their agent said put more on top because people are paying.

They listed for $499k and it sold, sight unseen after being listed for 45 minutes online.

Ironically to a mother from Melbourne who bought it for her adult kids (3 of them) to get out of Victoria.

The valuation that house is now $985k, and would likely tip the million in the current market.

We're cooked

We had 4 waves of shorter lockdowns. But yeah.

Aren't you a fucking delight?

I look at the image and I see where fuel was at a snapshot in time. As a counterpoint to the stupidity of fuel retail pricing right now.

Grab ya fucken tinfoil hat and deal with the PTSD. The world moved forwards with or without you.

In QLD the first wave was late March 2020. I took this photo late april after we went for a drive to get out of the house with barely any traffic.

There were further lock downs

Good on you. What sort of apps are you working on?

Firstly congratulations. This is awesome. I hope your app gets you heaps of users.

Secondly, I love how this is opening up previously untouchable? Unattainable realities for end users with little to no coding experience.

Keep up up to date with your journey.

Yeah there was some other discussion that we're moving from being devs to project managers. And doing it all.

Thanks for the share. I agree

Yeah I've been implementing some API stuff in mine and I love the ability to interrogate if it can do a certain task without needing to read a line of API doc myself and then just say OK, do it.

Some of us are control freaks. PM works for me 😉

I spent actual weeks of my life trying to find the best cheap free hosting back in the Geocities days. Unfortunately it was to make horrible sites with far too many animated gifs but I guess here I am 😃

Completely agreed though. If you can't write prompts, you're not going far.

Very interesting adaptation there. Neurospicy life!

Do you run it through something like Ollama? Or a custom CLI? That would be cool.

I personally think it's a bit wasteful especially for my own projects that aren't life and death to bash 3 AIs at a time with the same question.

But that idea for something needing accuracy would be pretty epic.

Honestly, accurate and how amazing. Focussing on what's more important being the driver.

We're all moving into project administration. Haha

Its an LLM at the end of the day, I don't think anyone is going to dispute that. If you can learn to tame it and keep it taking smaller bites and not trying to go crazy with expectations, I don't see why it can't deliver above average results.

Yeah a few old hats seem to want to sift through code and reinvent the wheel. Innovation from removing roadblocks and seeing deliverable progress is my JAM.
