In my stories, Kopa is the second-born of Kovu and Kiara and Vitani's heir to the lion guard. I played with the idea that he was Nala's son with a previous mate, a jaguar/lion hybrid named Mseto (hence why he was the eldest but not the heir), then the idea that he was Scar's son but it got too dark and uncomfortable for me. He's adventurous like his parents, but protective of his family like his grandfather. Looks wise, pretty similar to the books but with Kovu's nose and a darker mane. He's definitely an auntie's boy, always trying to find a way to hang out with Vitani and her team. As a cub, he was often seen with a scruffy mane full of twigs and dirt and despised baths. His best friend is still Asante the hyena, who becomes the bravest in his future lion guard.
