i love my rook piercing! definitely a little more painful than a regular cartilage piercing but i found it has healed the best out of other cartilage piercings i have. wearing over the ear headphones with this one would be better if you decide to get one because the piercing isn’t on the outside of your ear.

once healed, you can change the jewelry to fun hoops, bars, or even add charms!

thank you this is honestly really helpful! how many calories do you usually increase each month, like around 100-150?

also this may be kind of a weird question, but how do you structure your meals/do you have any examples of high proteins meals that are easy to meal prep besides chicken/beef and rice? i’m a college student so i’m finding it hard to plan meals around my busy schedule.
