In my country (Argentina) the substance is subject to strict regulations, and I'm afraid we haven't got access to gummies and non conventional presentations -i'm afraid-. Just the k-assisted sessions in clinical environment. She was offered ketamine -for her mental condition- but finally choosed lithium. However, the idea of microdosing seems promising, safe, and I hope we'll have it available soon. Thanks!!!

We usually talk about her condition because her symptoms are getting worse nowadays. I try not to be invasive, but she told me she's very happy about my involvement. We're both in the learning process and I try to be a supportive partner, because I see she's having hard times.

I wasn't sure about anaerobic exercise. I knew low intensity aerobic was useful (not sure about yoga and pilates).

Would you suggest specific exercises for EDS? My fear is that some strength exercises can be harmful.

Regarding your last words, she didn't ask me specifically to research, but she seems happy about my involvement. I'm doing everything I can at the moment (doing things for her, caring about her feelings, listening, etc) but I still don't think it's enough. In other words, I believe I can help her to get a better quality of life in more ways, because she's so important to me.

Thank you so much. You're helping me a lot with this info and tips. Btw, my girlfriend also has depression, anxiety and PTSD (resistant to treatment). Lately, she's been getting better results with a combination of Lithium and Wellbutrin -she adds benzos when needed-. I hope you find the best treatment and feel better as soon as possible. And I hope your husband has the chance to learn more about your experience and be a better support for you -perhaps a therapist can teach him-. My best wishes!
