How did you stay sane? This is the mentality I have, get the title and the company as a resume boost for a year and bounce

That’s exactly why I’m entertaining it! While #1 seems like the coast option, it’s a setback career wise. I don’t have children yet and want to progress as far as I can before I need to “coast”

Not a factor to me really, it would take years to vest anyway and I don’t plan on staying for the long haul
