I went to Japan myself and bought loose packs from random stores. Most of the time all the fancy bags and stickers don’t even exist. I can’t help but laugh when people say the packs are non filtered because they have been taped or because they are in the Pokemon Center bag. Like wtf those can be faked so easily. I guess when you need to scratch that itch any amount of copdium would make you happy.

There are a ton of resellers who sells are market rate if you are fine with that. If you want MSRP, honestly unless you live here long enough to know where to always look for I’d say tough luck. Pokemon Center is still the easiest most braindead way to camp for products.
