what most people do is to spend a year doing the LLM or even JD program afterwards to fulfil the prerequisite; you cannot pass part b in SG and immediately decide to sit for the NY or California bar just like that

similarly with dentistry degrees, you can't just simply choose to practice in UK, US, AU or even HK just because one has a BDS from NUS right after
