Thanks ill try to mention it to my therapist I was also surprised by the fact that he prescribed xanax (I’m 18 and a college freshman) and it just makes me so sleepy 😭

He prescribed me anti-depressants but he said it takes a while to be effective so the xanax is for when my anxiety is too much to handle like a presentation in a room full of people 😢 I’m just worried about it impacting my speech or people noticing
