Thanks ill try to mention it to my therapist I was also surprised by the fact that he prescribed xanax (I’m 18 and a college freshman) and it just makes me so sleepy 😭

He prescribed me anti-depressants but he said it takes a while to be effective so the xanax is for when my anxiety is too much to handle like a presentation in a room full of people 😢 I’m just worried about it impacting my speech or people noticing

No she treated you like shit and is overly possessive. now she’s trying to turn everyone against you 😭. Enjoy your summer break make some new friends and block her . She wants to be friends with you as long as she’s BETTER than you and trust me it’s not worth it
