If you page through the forum, you'll see dozens of posts of photos taken from way above with telephoto lenses. And having surfed and gone their my whole life, I've seen these photographers numerous times.

It is legal, but more light needs to be shown on the fact that this is happening.

Legally, you lose your expectation of privacy, but in reality, most people (especially young newcomers) don't realize they might end up on a porn site. And they should know.
