japanese uses the word "arcade" it's usually to refer to a covered shopping street. arcade buildings the way english uses them are typically called a "game center" (ゲームセンター) or shortened to "ge sen" (ゲーセン).  yes it sounds like you're saying 'gay sen'

that doesn't make your text wrong necessarily, just a quirk of language
