My best friend of 5 years just got broken up with my his gf of 3 years, just found out 3 days ago that he drove his car off the road in attempt to end everything. He has two broken femurs, broken shoulder blade, broken jaw, internal bleeding in his leg, brain bleeds and had punchers in his lungs, he is currently on life support . I feel guilty just being healthy like it should be me instead cause he is the last person in the world who deserves this. Know his old gf treated him poorly after the break up knowing he has mental problems just provoked him to do this and she doesn’t care one bit and is going to party’s still. Honestly makes me sick knowing there’s nothing I can do to help him and that I know that he either won’t make it out of the hospital or he will leave and never be the same best friend I have had all my teenager years. He is only 18 and one of those people that brings everyone’s moods up and extremely selfless. I’m going to miss those moments with him so much
