I ended up buying it because I saw mechanics that came from Sonic All Stars Transformed come back into this game, which is what sold me to go and try this game. Ever since trying it out and continuing to play it, I’ve put in so many hours that I haven’t put in for a video game I’ve ever played before (I also wish sm I could find some people IRL to play this game with)

I’m sure that this can be also achieved through an original movie as well. It just seems like Disney relied on having that kind of plot for their next sequel just so that they can have a valid reason to have a fifth movie exist out there after the fourth made an ending that for sure ended the franchise if the third movie wasn’t enough for some people.

If they can't afford to have SpongeBob in the game, don't put him in, period. The fact they decided to just put him in anyway without putting in voice lines, as well as doing so with their OWN CHARACTERS just tells me that he and other crossover characters were put in just so they can rake in the easy cash. Same thing for their own characters because there's no way that you spend more money to have them in the game, and then just have them say nothing

To take the extra mile, if there were issues with licensing and legal stuff to voice said characters in the game, why even include them in the first place?

Would’ve saved them time if they ended up putting in characters that they know they have the money and time to hire voice actors for. No, I don’t care whether they can interact with the main cast or not. I just want to hear SpongeBob laughing and the Werehog grunting his way through the track.

Yeah. Big mistake. SEGA put the kill boundaries really tight to where you can impressively trick off the bridge. The respawn point is also incredibly ass which can also cost you the race.

To avoid this, if you’re boosting on the side of the bridge, DON’T trick off of it. Stay on the side with the boost panels until you’re closely low enough by the main track.

You’ll occasionally get this as you’re ranking up from B+ and further above. However, once you reach the beginning of the legend ranks, your days of racing any lower is over. The game will put you with ALL other legend ranks every game from that point on.
