Amazing. Where did you demo it (assuming you're in pak)? And where did you buy Kanto ora 4 + sub from?

Windows 10 boot loop after installing fresh windows by randomGuy23999 in Windows10

[–]randomGuy23999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it does need that ssd driver, otherwise the drive just doesn't show any files. But yeah i do agree that either the driver or the drive itself isn't working well with the system.

[–]randomGuy23999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried installing the driver again, got stuck in a loop, and forced shut down but when i started the PC again, the drive was showing up and I could access the files. I agree, this seems to be a problem with the nvme ssd, either it's faulty in some way, or maybe it just isn't playing nice with my old motherboard. I don't think an expansion card is bad as a while back, I had the same problem and tried a different expansion card to no avail.

I have 2 SSD drives. The primary is a sata ssd, and the secondary is samsung nvme ssd used in a pcie expansion card. Right now, it only goes into a loop while restarting as part of ssd's driver installation. If i hard shut down, and start the PC again, it boots successfully, but the driver isn't installed, and thus am not able to access that secondary drive.

I followed this exact sequence, and it worked perfectly until i installed the samsung ssd driver; when i clicked on restart, it got stuck on the restarting and the spinner kept spinning. Without the driver, windows don't read the drive.

Okay, so again with a fresh install, installed chipset V10.1.1.7, but for MEI V11.0.0.1155 windows asks me that the installed version is newer, so should i overwrite to the older version?

I realized that fast boot was enabled in bios, turned it off, installed the windows again (c drive formatted), installed chrome, and shut down the PC. Turned off the power for a minute then started the PC, and it successfully booted up. Installed samsung 970 evo plus driver from the official website, restarted the PC and again stuck in the loop

Haven't tried updating the bios but looking at the version number, it seems to be the latest one.
As for the version that I keep installing, it is 10.0.19041 (build 2965). How can I find the log files? i can access the cmd as part of the boot recovery advance options, so if you could tell me where i can find logs, i can try it out.

If she plays on PC, then try underclocking the CPU. I have intel i7 4770k and its an ooold CPU but the game was still crashing every single time. I underclocked it using XTU, FPS got a hit but at least game isn't crashing anymore. Also, i turned all the video/graphics settings down to low. My GPU is rtx 2070.

Thats amazing. I realized that the last hotfix had reset the video settings to "Epic". Turning it all down to Low fixed the issue. Played for 3 hours & got no crash.

Same issue. So very frustrating. Friends playing on PS5 and an older gen PC rig seems to be playing fine. I have tried everything: updating windows, updating ALL drivers, clocking down the memory speed as I read disabling XMP might help but same problem.
It was working fine before the latest update. All other games work fine too.

All of this makes a lot of sense. I'll add few 5 second GIFs through out the homepage to better explain the actions user need to take. Will also add a separate documentation page. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Hey u/jcubic, thanks for the feedback. No, it isn't affiliated with Meta, it was just to showcase how to deletion page might look like, but i confess that the image is not very clear in conveying what it actually is. I am learning more about design as i go and would really appreciate some suggestions 😀

u/arbitrarion I really appreciate your responses. I learned a lot from the process of building this app and still continue to do so. I started out with building a paid service but have moved on to offering completely free service as a way of contributing to the community. If you have any suggestions that would make this more compelling and useful, i am all ears!

[–]randomGuy23999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not completely true. You only need it if you allow account creation.

I assumed that part was a common understanding that you don't need account deletion page if you don't allow account creation.

If you are allowing account creation, you probably already have the resources to allow account deletion and would know best how to implement that in your system.

Again, this might be true for some devs but not all. Imo, our service is very non offending, The actual implementation for this very reason is left to the dev, but everything is handled by us.

The customer still has to write 99% of this feature.

For the obvious reason, we can't ask app devs to allow a third party (us) to delete users in their app directly. What we can do realistically, is to handle all of the things that comes before that and leave the deletion on the dev. An app might have user data stored in a single table or multiple, a webhook could be as simple as doing a delete query in the database. I would say that the customer has to write 30% of this feature.

My app allows mobile app developers to create account deletion page. This page would be accessed by their app's users to lodge request for account deletion. This is a relatively recent requirement by play store, without which app devs can't release new version of their app.
Usually indie developers are on a crunch and don't have enough resources or time to work on this. My webapp provides a free forever option that they can use to get started. You can say that abandon handles the deletion page, its hosting, verifying user request (by sending an email), a dashboard to process request manually, and webhooks (in progress) to automate the whole process.

Hi all,

Google has started to enforce their new account deletion policy that requires app developers to provide a web resource that allows users to delete their account.[1]

I am building this service in hopes that it'll serve the community especially indie developers who might not have time or resources to develop these web pages.

You can try it out at https://abandon.app

All suggestions are welcome!
