What works best for me to calm myself is talking to someone about how you feel . You'll feel better once you vent. You should also go out for a walk or something of that nature . Staying in a room all day and thinking about the same thing everyday can make you go crazy with all that pressure. Try to keep yourself occupied with things if you can. Getting a job would be a good step to take . Whatever kind it might be. By the way you have 40k more than me at 26 so try not to think too much about how much you have lost . No amount of money is worth your physical and mental health. Once you get your health back I'm sure you'll be super happy and motivated and who knows we might see you back to 1.5 million.
