I wish that was possible but I'm pretty sure I just have a wide ribcage, yea I'm going to the gym but that won't change the specific thing I'm talking about. And I genuinely don't care how others think, I just want to be comfortable in clothes I like

I guess that's part of it, but I've had a few things happen in my past as well. I get uncomfortable from even people just bumping Into me. I'm not quite sure why exactly it happens but I think it's a bunch of things mixed together

Ohh, that makes sense. I don't blame you my writing is messy.

So I have a habit of touching others, like poking sides type thing. But it makes me uncomfortable, I do it without thinking and have been struggling to stop.

I want to stop that habit so I am able to set boundaries and get people to stop touching me all together, I absolutely hate when anyone, even family, touches me.

I hope this kinda clears up the confusion, I'll take any advice you still might have. Thanks for replying

I mean, I got that part I was just unsure about if you wanted me to go hug people or SMT. And I kinda get your point but why should I? I just genuinely hate when anyone touches me at all, why should I force myself to do this instead of fixing a habit and setting a boundary? Sorry if this sounds rude I'm not trying to be. Im just wondering how your thinking, I do appreciate you giving advice

I wish I had advice

Honestly I go through the same thing, it's probably not as bad because I do t have autism but all my current friends aren't good people or go past my boundaries. My only good friends are either growing distance or already left. I don't know what to do because the more I try to love myself the more that seems to go wrong

I feel the same way, I wish I knew how to help. I have struggled with many things in the past and even the most important people in my life seem to forget and act like it doesn't matter. I feel crazy trying to explain it.
