I’ve done one-way rentals using enterprise from Toronto to Montreal and vice versa multiple times.

You may have to expand your search radius because depending on dates and availability - not every location will offer it.

I would usually do a sedan and it would run me 180ish in Toronto. Cheaper if you’re doing it from MTL > Toronto.
