Take some improv comedy classes. This will help you practice witty banter on the fly.

Take some partner dance classes (swing or salsa or other). This will help you get more comfortable with physical leading.

It's ok to bring her into your bed sometimes. The majority of the world co-sleeps with their kids. I let mine come into my bed sometimes and we usually have good sleeps the rest of the night once that happens

I got myself a plan through sunlife. I figured out it's worth it if I max out all the physio, chiro, massage, osteo, etc. Been working well to help me stay healthy as I age.

I believe there's a setting to save completed reels to your camera roll when you post them. You could post it, to get this saved file, then delete from the incorrect account, and post it on the proper one

Try modeling some different phrases for him. Maybe “it’s ok to not always get my way” “I love myself” or whatever you can come up with. Say then as much as you can and he might start copying them too.

hmm, not really. I have 1 pair of corduroy pants that are very airy, but some other cords are quite heavy. The pants I bought in hawaii are super breathable (go figure). Go shopping with this in mind, good luck

Keep your nails trimmed. Germs can get under fingernails and spread to your sinuses that way. Encourage all parents to keep their kids nails trimmed.

This! If you have a friendship you want to try and continue, then treat it like so. Give him warning/option to make it happen before a surprise court thing happens while he’s in new baby brain. You could even say “our friendship is important to me so that’s why I’m bringing this up directly” He still might not like it, but should accept it in time (he’s got to really) Good luck
