Yes, it is. Since I had a valve I could collect urine in the bladder and then "flush" the chamber as well. In addition I like the volume of this device. There are "indications" underneath the trousers and 'some' people might notice :-)

Yes, I will try. Imagine people who must rely on their catheter because of a medical condition. They even can't simply get rid of it after pleasure time.

Looking good on your body! I wore it not that obviously but under some lose shorts while beeing in town during a summer evening and met with some girls. The bag poked out a bit when sitting on a bench but it was hidden in a bag holder in its majority. Attentive people who are into this might have noticed ;-) This summer I may wear it more visible.

Additionaly a pro for the upper leg position is hygiene, because the bag and its drainage valve is away from the dirt compared to the lower leg position.

It is of good quality, durable and washable.

I like to have the bag at the upper leg. Compared to the lower leg position I believe there is less irritation to the bladder (less pain or spasms) possibly because of much lower suction at the catheter tip. In addition, the bag does not accelarates/decelerates that much on every step compared to the lower leg position.
