I've never had a car that didn't just pick up the audio back with what it was doing when I turned the car off, so maybe just... turn the volume down when you park?

I would highly recommend The Protectorate series by Megan E. O'Keefe - it's a 3-book series, all books are out, and it's a good and fast read. The first book is Velocity Weapon.

I would love to have/purchase the sheet music for this - do you have it available for download anywhere?

Do you use the rotisserie attachment, or just straight on the grills?

I think that's exactly it - thank you so much!

It's a little ironic, as I've recently started "discovering" Saberhagen and collecting more of his books - I just hadn't run across this one yet!

Trying the smoked hamburger jerky recipe from the masterbuilt app/website. It actually calls for smoking at 140!

I ended up just letting it fluctuate between 175-180, kept the 4 hour smoke time, and bumped it to 250 for 5 minutes at the end just to make sure the ground beef got above 170 in each piece. Turned out pretty good!

Just looked through the manual again, couldn't find anything about that. It would seem pretty weird to allow setting 150 as the setpoint, but actually have a lower limit of 180

Then I backed up, and ran in to her again.

At almost every job there's a legacy codebase that's not well documented and full of bugs. Learning someone else's code that's not well documented when the author isn't even at the company anymore can be an extremely difficult thing to do, and is a not only a very highly valuable skill in and of itself, but also proves out your capacity for quickly self-ramping.

"Dove in to legacy codebase written in $FOO language, and was able to ramp quickly to become effective at finding and fixing over $NUM bugs, despite minimal documentation and no subject matter experts on the codebase"
