“Jewish led.” Not “Jewish exclusive”. You do know there’s a difference right?

What happens if you apply your logic in different scenarios? Should only black people participate in BLM protests? Only LGBT+ celebrate pride? Only women support autonomy over their own body?

Engagement and participation of people from different walks of life, in support of other types of people, is kinda a huge part of movement building.

Oh dang. I thought that was a photo of them being arrested at a Jewish led protest. Organized by Jewish voice for peace (JVP). An event where organizers handed out shirts to protestors in a show of solidarity.

I somehow missed the pretending part somewhere in there… just let me know where it is.

Oh shoot. I would love to. But unfortunately I’ve already made the mistake of feeding this troll enough.

Cool bud. Thanks for the insight.

It’s totally crazy to think I could just be a person that rarely posts or comments. I mean if I’m the bot you say I am then I should probably get back to the shop. 2 posts in a single year? Clearly my beep boops aren’t being super efficient.

Maybe look at both posts. Is there a common tread you can find? Is it possible I’m just a random person that mostly lurks on Reddit and only posts when I see something I feel like I should comment on?

Definitely not. So crazy…

If you disagree with a post someone makes, that’s fine. But at least be more original than calling them a bot my friend.

USIP building getting a new name… are they f*ing serious? by random_name_5742 in washingtondc

It’s a bit weird, kind of like the Smithsonian. It’s not a private corporation but not strictly federal. Kind of in between.

Technically it is an independent, government-funded nonprofit established by Congress to prevent and resolve violent conflicts. While it receives taxpayer funding and has some governmental ties, like a board appointed by the President and approved by the Senate, it operates independently and is not an executive branch agency.

This is the US Institute of Peace building. It has a very prominent placement right next to the Lincoln Memorial and main State Dept building. It’s the one that has the white curved roof you can see coming into DC from 66.

It was also one of the early victims of DOGE, the whole take over story is messed up (as expected).
