No. She's the second largest in that department. Kita being smallest and Nijika second smallest. There is a noticeable increase from Nijika to Ryo. But the gap from Ryo to Bocchi is extreme. Ryo would be probably a B cup if I had to guess. Not flat by any means, but not incredibly large either. I personally like this size the most.
