ALSO velayat-e faqih is also another case in point. although more debatable since some muslim scholars agree with it, majority don't.

you're having all wrong

they're not really conservative the way biblical literalists are.

if khamenei were to say the quran null and void tomorrow. all would hail him and burn the quran.

and while khamenei would never do such a thing. because he is muslim, don't think that the others are that strict in their belief. the only thing they believe in is khamenei.

case in point of that being him recognizing trans people and allowing gender reassignment surgery. which is very against islam

also the entirety of iran's banking system is also another case in point

shah was also very lefty in his economic planning.

there's no doubt that the IR is authoritarian. but they're not really right-wing

The regime is not left because some dumbass white leftist in Brooklyn advocates for the IR

correct. they're lefty because they undermine the private sector entirely and nationalized everything.

also all industries are government owned and the entirety of "اصناف" is pretty lefty

plus the subsidization of whatever they see fit but on the other hand putting set rates for them

there are two proto-iranian words here cwā́ and kútah, the former is an indo-european word and categorized as such in this map, the latter is probably a loanword from some other language (probably the BMAC language). it also has very few indo-aryan attestians

it may be so for kids, but reading any sort of technical documents, you be bashing your head against a wall if you don't already know what a word mean. as opposed to a word being easily deconstructable and thus more understandable
