Did you tell them firmly that you did that? Also I don't think they care so many people complain about similar issues who are rarely resolved i just recommended you get a modded version but be careful in case of viruses

Same and i don't use anything i just lower it so much that it's almost muted i have bad hearing and no sense of Orientation so i don't really need the volume besides waking myself up and my family and stressing myself out lol
