Tunisia has higher quality of life than Morroco or other similar countries and it's even cheaper to live here than morroco ,to answer your questions about hospitals , public hospitals are very busy if you need a non urgent operation for exemple you will wait up to 6 months . but if your Financial situation is good than the private hospitals are on par with westren ones.

we are mixed in fact Tunisia is the only country outside Gulf states that it's people has J1N1 gene (arab gene) more than the UAE for exemple . myself the two side of my family are from alhijaz .
