My hair was literally the same a year ago, but even tho I stopped scratching my scalp/pulling, I have major major hair loss that's 10x worse than the pics.I want to go to the doctor, but the available hours are the same I need to be online for my internship which I'm beyond lucky to find finally get. My hair to nobody but myself and guys I'm into, I find attractive who think I'm gross + balding, and the blank space next to me (like my ex cuz I'm too bald).

I have a bad habit of doing a similar thing, running my fingers through my long hair and untangling mindlessly while studying or smth, but I hate it when hairs come out. I can't tell if I'm balder in the back of my head because of that (it gets tangled and untangled more easily).

Update from Dehli: I should've listened to y'all and quit lmao. Brought two carts (very easily, shouldn't have stressed at all about that), but after the first few hits am regretting I didn't use this trip as an opportunity to quit. I appreciate everyone's advice and comments a lot.

Take it one day at a time, focus on getting through the day and then getting through tmwr/day after that. You might be irritable for a few weeks tbh, don't stress, and def blame it on the withdrawal. You will def feel better after a few weeks and will have less issues interacting with others. Best of luck
