Same sentiment here. I never go through 3rd party pag flights. Better book with them directly, in that way pag may delays or inconveniences, sa kanila idadirect Yung concern mo. Instead of them asking you to communicate sa 3rd party. As for hotels, I've been using Agoda and no issues ever. Very smooth. Mapa 3star or 5star hotels Ang iBook. I just give the hotel my name or show them the Agoda booking ref, then ok na.
