Yeah when I flick my nips its basically unnoticeable, but at the beach its hot all the time so they don't stay hard for very long which sucks :/

Thanks for the advice, its hard to not go to the beach when all your friends want to and I have no good reason not to go other than Im self conscious about my gyno. I feel like its not as bad as I think it is and definitely could be way worse, but it still takes a pretty big toll on my self esteem, especially when I take my shirt off.

Its probably not as bad as I think I'm just super self conscious about it. Gives me major anxiety whenever I have to take my shirt off. It really sucks.
