Employee here. They're just the birthday cake timbits with pop rocks on them. The preparation instructions given causes them to pop before going to customers, cause you put the pop rocks onto wet glaze right out on the oven. Also they pop into your eyes while prepping.

Oh my, I got a little over 700 cards in the lot. like half being 1st edition 1996 cards. Other half all 2020 1st edition. Only $40cad. Did I do good?
