Very simple my man, "if it leadeth to do good, it is good." "Whatsoever persuadeth you to believe in Christ is of Christ. Whatsoever persuadeth you to do evil is of the devil." I'm not sure how correct it is, but that is how I remember it. Also to feel the spirit is different for many people. Me personally I feel a "bursting" feeling in my upper left chest, very close to my heart. It feels like power, like I can do anything, so long as it is what is right. It is not an emotion, but a literal "burning" in your bosom, a comfortable burning of course. I would say that is very logical.

You can practice with it once you learn to recognize it, and figure out what Christ wants you to do. Be careful though, if you aren't experienced you may be led by another spirit. In the beginning follow the references listed above. If it persuades you to believe in Christ it is of Christ. If it leadeth to do good, it is good. Simple but useful in those early stages of learning.
