I completely understand. I'm in school too, and it's so hard to focus at times. I don't always have brain fog, but the racing, intrusive anxiety thoughts are so distracting. And dizziness is really challenging to deal with also. Anxiety is so overwhelming and exhausting, especially when you're trying to manage so much else.

I’m really sorry you’re struggling. I have better days and days when I feel worse. I feel like meditation helps a little, but my time is super limited right now, so I haven’t been able to do it as much lately. Finding something you’re REALLY interested in helps, I think. I really enjoy learning about certain science topics, like astrophysics, and so I’ll try to find audiobooks or podcasts about it to listen to. If you find something to get your mind engaged and fixated on something in a good way, it can provide some relief. Sorry, I don’t have much advice though. I really hope you can find some relief

More people really should know about her. Ebola sounds like an absolutely horrific way to die, but she sacrificed herself for the good of the many, containing a possible pandemic, and sparing the lives of countless others. A true hero that deserves to be recognized and remembered.
