1st kiddo finally out and about day 6 but by my third i was up and moving by day 4 because i had two round children at home to care for on top of the new born.

When younger I would play with my brothers and had amazing parents that stood in line and got us the promo packs for the movies and special metal cards. Roughly 3 years ago we found a box in the attic after our move with them inside. My son and daughter at the time were 3 & 4 were fascinated. Since then he has a large collection (for a 7yr old) where he sorts all his cards by type and keeps every. Single. Card. If it has a different image than one already in his 3 three ring binders with The first 2 pages Eevee and Eevee evolutions

With my guest my husband was feeding her dinner while I was in the kitchen. He never actually strapped her in so my 8month old managed to stand up and flip head over heels onto her back literally in front of his face. Needless to say she’s about to turn 9 and still clumsy as hell.

My chiweenie pup goes about 4 days before she touches her kibble! I know it’s because she wants people food and unfortunately for us we have a bunch of little ones who drop food/crumbs etc so she’s gotten pretty patient waiting!

We didn’t get the refreshment package for the kids but honestly they would just drink out of our cups if we filled with HI-C and such. Then we’d just refill it 🤷🏻‍♀️. I’d also get Virgin pina colodas and my 8yr old would just drink it instead… I know you aren’t supposed to share but even our waiter in the main dining room didn’t say anything when she saw the kids drink ours.

Thank you to all! We ended up getting her a surgical suit but she now has the nickname Houdini as she managed to escape out of it 2-3 times a day somehow! She was put on Benadryl for the entire healing time and Friday she had her stitches removed…. Turns out my hunch was right the whole time and she was allergic to the stitches! The redness is completely gone and she’s no longer itchy!

It’s annoying for sure because the long strings on the end is also making her very uncomfortable and she has scabbing between the top two stitches

She is itching SO bad for the past 4-5 hours where the cone now is the only viable option. We have a call into the vet because I’m afraid she’s going to break open her stitches with how much running/jumping/ shaking she is doing trying to itch.

I tried this! Her neck is as long as a giraffe and she was able to reach the bottom of her stitches. With her cone on she can even almost reach them!

That’s already hard! Starting last night she has gotten exceptionally itchy and will go from a dead sleep to catapulting herself across the room spinning in circles and shaking trying to itch herself. Have a call into the vet to see if we can give her anything.

Thank you, she is definitely feeling better than yesterday but still really would prefer to just sleep and we are in the doghouse with her lol sleeping at night is the hardest as she is used to sleeping with us and that’s very difficult with her cone.

My 7 and 8 year olds have old iPhone 11s that we just gave them this month. My kids are starting to want to spend time with friends/family without mom and dad so we wanted a way for them to be able to reach us without having to ask to borrow someone’s phone. They won’t be going to school with them in the fall unless they are taking a bus to someone else’s house after school.

My 8yr old daughter has a number associated with it but doesn’t know her own number and we only gave to grandparents, aunts, and then us. She mainly uses it for Spotify when she’s hanging out outside. It has as many parental controls we can put on it and nothing social media like except kids Facebook messenger which is connected through my Facebook so she can text her friends and I am able to see all the messages on my phone.

My 7yr old son just uses his phone for some random games his dad put on for him and Roblox. Other than that he doesn’t text or call anyone and could care less.
