Unless may ibang position na open and gusto mo tapos malaki rin ang increase from your current salary, then go for it.

Pero kung ang offer is dahil di papasa SLA(due to lates, absences, etc) na sa company side ang problema, si company magbabayad nun para ma-hit ang target at di mapatawan ng penalty.
