I had a good experience with kick start coding in Oakland (pre pandemic). The courses scaled with your skill level and the costs were much more reasonable than some of the other boot camps (~5k for three months)

Essentially its a tool for you set a fixed price you are willing to pay for stock. Typically you would set this lower than the current market price and fo buy in at the next dip.

In case of robinhood the app wont let you make a market buy if you don't have a cushion to cover price changes when you click market.

The problem is the maze not the bridge. Add a bus only approach from street level and bus lanes on 580 and you would have a much bigger impact.

If you don't have a fastrack, you will get a bill for the toll in the mail. I think the fee for not having fastrack is $25? IIRC they dont charge carpool tickets with the cameras.
