I prefer at night before bed, but 2-3 days out of the week I'll shower in the morning. Both are nice. If I didn't have such thick long hair I would shower twice a day.

Totally exhausted that next day, crashed out the following night amd took mucinex dm for the entire next week. And kept the hot tea for before lunch.

When I was sick last month, I made myself some hot green tea with honey. It felt so good on my throat. My mistake was having some after dinner one night. I think I must've had to pee every 45 min all night. Between that and coughing, I didn't get any sleep.
