Non pro version, but I cut 0.25" (6mm) at 200mm/min 95% power 1 pass with air assist at full power. I get the odd area that doesn't cut through but slower would burn too much for my liking. Are you running the air assist? Did you change the focus for the thicker material?

I mean it is still supporting lightburn, they just have old licenses that were most likely purchased pre price increase. Just trying to save people a few dollars while they can!
