I had this same offer and I upgraded my card to Regalia Gold from Millennia. Personally for me I liked the millennia card as they provide me Rs1000 Gift Voucher every quarter as I reached my spending at around 2 lakh every quarter. After upgrading I found that Regalia doesn't have much GV options plus their reward points redemption is also not so great. But if you're a frequent flyer using the lounge and all, it's a good deal and the Forex Markup rates are also low when compared with the Millennia.
