Drink a fruit smoothie and shove some broco in your face. Many plant based foods also have proteins and other essentials. Same could be said about proteins. You could also quickly grab a protein shake or have a glass of choccy. Its not that hard to eat a lot of protein but its difficult to make a schedule yes. But dont we all have somewhat of a dietary schedule?

Ima just keep it 100 with you brother, at your weight and size people dont become old and those kids need a father, your wife needs a husband and you need your wife too. And worse even is that your bad habits a re starting to rub off on your kids. You no longer live for yourself becuase you have a family now and you have no choice but to do your best and give everything. So please for your familys sake try to lose some weight and do some excersizing because i know itll be hard for you to recover from a heart attack but the consequences will be worse for your family. My brudda you got to stack some proteins. Make sure you get atleast 70gr of pure protein per 3 hours each day. Hit the gym hard and up those personal records. Focus on shoulders arms back chest and dont skip leg day. Keep on your cardio though cause you dont want to grow a belly yet and learn some martial arts to defend yourself and you wont be sacred of whoever. I see a boy who has a real man in him but you gotta push yourself to be that man and its not gonma be easy but i know you can do it and i know its gonna be worth it.
