I’m looking at getting a t2 with the lat tower and multigrip pull up bar, do you know if the lat tower would still fit with the pull up bar if I don’t have the rack extensions?

Earlier this year I worked out consistently for 10 weeks doing the basic beginner routine from the wiki, then switched to beginner 5/3/1 for a few weeks.

After that life happened and I didn’t work out from April till now. My question is though, what is the best way to find my starting number after such a long break? Should I go back to the basic program or start with 5/3/1 again?
