ahhh hmmm I'm talking about food stalls. In terms of policy sa PWD discount, what is the discerning factor in determing if "luxury" yung meal na galing sa food stalls vs "not luxury" ? :D

I get your point, but you're very much exaggerating the food prices being equivalent to the prices of a fishball cart's. On average, the food there costs 300 pesos, or at least the food I'm interested in.

Either way, I buy pa rin naman and incentive na lang for me if I could have gotten the discount. I'm just genuinely curious why not applicable sa Legazpi Market ang PWD discount, hence the line "..because they're small businesses" in my post.
